In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong or faulty item, we are happy to arrange a store credit note or issue a full refund. To return your item to Undressed please contact us at email@example.com
Please note that your returned order will be assessed by Undressed to ensure it is in its original condition prior to exchange/return being accepted. The item must be unwashed, with original tags attached and unworn.
Return, refund and exchange requests must be made within 20 days from the date of order.
There is no return, refund or exchange on sale items.
